Being a non-profit charity, we to not have a travel or public relations budget, so we do need to ask for the travel expenses that will be incurred coming to your organization.   Also, the speaker will be using a handout to be given to each person in the audience. We ask that you arrange for copies to be made for every person who will be in attendance.
