Dairy Facility

 

To help with the food needs of the Community, a small herd of dairy cows will

be included in the livestock inventory. .

 

The main objective is to use the milk in the Community. Uses include milk,

butter and cheese for the residents. Any extra produced will be sold for income

for the Community.

 

The herd will also be producing manure which will be added to the feedstock

for the biogas facility.
