Community Butcher Shop
To help with the economic, food and job skill training needs of the Community a butcher shop will be included in the businesses.
The main objective is to supplement the income for the Community. In addition, job skills and experience will be helpful to the young people of the Community.
Any waste generated will be included in the biogas feedstock and/or feed for the Community livestock.
